Deluxe IN-PERSON space & land clearing & blessing package is $500*p/hr (min.2HRS) (VIRTUAL SERVICE: $300p/hr) and can take approximately 2 &1/2 to 3+ hours to clear the indoor spaces and property, set up guardians & wards for protection in the space & on the property, a blessing of the land and structure, sealing the intentions, & place protective sigils/mirrors/bundles for extra protection. For over 30 years, I have been practicing methods that include many indigenous peoples' traditions, including Balinese space clearings and blessings, globally sourced shamanistic/experiential practices for engaging with the spirits, grandmother wisdom from the ancestors, and intuitive tools for the most powerful and gratifying results possible. I suggest scheduling a consultation preview of the property for an assessment of your requirements and a clear understanding of your intentions. It helps me to prepare and this refines the process, allowing for a more powerful outcome, in my experience. My initial consulting investment is $50p/hr & consists of a discussion, intention & appointment setting, etc. Once you have selected your house clearing & blessing package, you will be sent a virtual link for the consult. ### Please keep in mind, this is a basic list and does not take into account any unexpected encounters or difficult problem areas, such as a heavy, dense build-up of negativity over decades, ghosts/entities, etc. Actual time split between on-site work, remote work and prep work will vary and based on my discretion for highest outcome. *(Extra protection is offered at an additional investment) *PLUS TRAVEL expenses for locations over 30 miles from Asheville, NC @ .30cents p/mi.
